1. What types of photography and videography services do you offer?

We specialize in drone photography & videography, real estate interior & exterior photography, property walkthrough videos, aerial imaging, and more. If you have a unique project in mind, just ask — we're always open to custom requests.

2. In which areas do you provide services?

We service Southwest Florida, including Babcock Ranch, and surrounding areas. If your location is outside our usual zone, contact us — we may still be able to accommodate you (travel fees may apply).

3. How do I request a quote or book a shoot?

Just head to our Prices & Booking page, pick the package that fits your needs, and fill out the booking form. You can also reach out via the Contact page. We’ll get back to you promptly to confirm details and finalize scheduling.

4. What’s your turnaround time for delivering photos and videos?

Photos: Typically delivered within 24–48 hours

Videos / walkthroughs / aerial edits: Usually within 2–5 business days We’ll give you a firm delivery date when you book. Rush requests can sometimes be accommodated (for an added fee), depending on our schedule.

5. What resolution or final formats do you deliver?

We deliver high-resolution, print-quality files (JPEG / TIFF) for photos, and high-definition (HD or 4K) formats for video. We can also provide web-optimized versions if needed (for MLS, websites, social media).

6. Are there any restrictions or permissions needed for drone work?

Yes — safety and legality are top priorities. We follow all FAA regulations and fly only where permitted. If your property is near restricted airspace, or has special requirements (e.g. HOA rules, insurance, etc.), we’ll sort that out in advance. We also need clearances if there are people, pets, or objects nearby during a drone flight.

7. Can I reschedule or cancel, and is there a penalty?

Rescheduling: We understand plans change. Just let us know as early as possible, ideally 24 hours in advance, so we can reallocate resources.

Cancellation: You can cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. If a cancellation/reschedule is made less than 24 hours in advance, a $50 scheduling adjustment fee will be applied.

Weather & safety: If weather or unsafe conditions prevent a shoot, we’ll reach out to reschedule at no penalty.

8. Who owns the rights to the photos and videos?

You (the client) receive a license to use the delivered media for marketing, websites, MLS, print, etc. We retain the copyright, but we don’t reuse your media without permission. If you require full ownership (copyright transfer), we can discuss that, but additional fees may apply.

9. Can I get raw / unedited files or behind-the-scenes footage?

We usually do not distribute raw / unedited drone footage or photos, since our work includes editing, color grading, and image optimization to deliver a polished final product. But if you have a special request, let’s talk — we may accommodate for an extra fee.

10. What payments do you accept, and when is payment due?

We accept credit/debit cards or PayPal / online payments. Payment is due prior to downloading media (sometimes a deposit is required at booking for mileage, etc.). We'll clarify payment terms during booking.

11. Copyright notice.

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, videos, graphics, logos, text, and design elements, is the property of Evolution Photo Studio LLC unless otherwise noted. This material is protected under United States and international copyright laws.

No part of this website or its content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise used in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of Evolution Photo Studio LLC, except in the case of brief quotations used in reviews or educational materials with proper attribution.

Limited License
Clients who have purchased photography or videography services from Evolution Photo Studio LLC are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media solely for the purposes agreed upon in writing (e.g., marketing, listings, or promotional use). This license does not include resale, redistribution, or modification rights. Any additional use requires prior written consent from Evolution Photo Studio LLC.

Unauthorized use of any content from this website or media provided by Evolution Photo Studio LLC may result in legal action.
